Richard Jackson is the President & CEO of Spark Power, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in the industrial and electrical services sectors. He’s responsible for driving Spark’s long-term growth strategy and operational performance across North America. Before joining Spark, Richard led North American operations at Winoa Group and held senior roles at Eaton Corporation and Shanahan’s. He sits on the board of Merit Ontario and is a founding member of The Luce Initiative, a fundraising organization supporting youth mental health.
Jason is Spark Power’s Co-Founder & Director with over 20 years of experience in private company M&A, corporate finance, and merchant banking, with a history of closing more than 100 transactions. A driven entrepreneur and business leader, Jason is focused on M&A activities, corporate finance, and supporting key strategic initiatives.
Andrew is Spark Power’s Co-Founder & Vice Board Chair with over two decades of experience in the industrial manufacturing, merchant banking, and advanced energy sectors. Andrew’s primary focus is on the company’s Corporate Sustainability.
