Spark Power Corp. (“Spark Power”) is pleased to announce that Richard Jackson has joined the organization as Executive Vice President, Operations for Spark Power Services Corp.
Richard comes to us with 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across a wide portfolio of industries. His extensive background includes the role of Managing Director, North America for Winoa Group, Vice President & General Manager for Shanahan’s Limited Partnership and senior positions in sales and operations with Moeller Electric and Eaton Corporation. Richard has extensive experience in business integrations, supply chain management, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
As a proven business operator, Richard will oversee the Spark Power Services business, which includes electrical contractor services in high voltage (Tiltran, Rondar, Pelikan, Tal Trees, and Lizco), low voltage (New Electric) and renewables (Northwind) divisions. He will work closely with the Presidents who manage these businesses day-to-day. Richard will also lead the process of integrating future acquisitions into the Spark group of companies.
Richard will report to Jason Sparaga, Co- CEO & COO of Spark Power Corp and will work closely with other members of the Spark executive team on strategy formulation and execution.
