Ron Dizy joins Spark Power Corp. as newly appointed Chief Strategy Officer

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO—April 18, 2019—Spark Power Group Inc. (TSX: SPG) (SPG.WT), parent company to Spark Power Corp. (“Spark Power” or the “Company”), a leading independent provider of integrated power solutions to industrial, commercial, and institutional customers across North America, today announced that Ron Dizy has joined the Senior Management Team at Spark Power as the newly appointed Chief Strategy Officer.

Dizy brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology and advanced energy sector; most recently as Senior Vice President, Partnerships at MaRS Discovery District, where he was responsible for all corporate partnerships.  Dizy was also the founding Managing Director of the Advanced Energy Centre, working with private industry, utilities and government to drive higher levels of innovation adoption in the energy sector.  As Spark continues to deliver on its vision to be the Future of Power, Dizy will be leading corporate strategy, marketing and business development and playing a pivotal role in implementing and achieving the company’s medium and long-term growth strategy.
