Toronto, July 7, 2017 – Spark Power Corp is pleased to announce a new partnership with The Advanced Energy Centre (AEC) at MaRS Discovery District. This agreement formalizes the working relationship between both organisations, and their mutual commitment to advancing innovative energy solutions across Canada.

The partnership demonstrates Spark’s commitment to offering business solutions to the power and utility sector, amidst ongoing technology-driven market transformation. The Advanced Energy Centre’s unique role as a neutral third party connected to innovative energy sector SMEs, leading global energy players, regulators and the public sector, will provide Spark with a platform for multi-stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.

“We are excited that Spark Power has joined our partner community. They are an innovative, nimble company creating energy solutions for those organizations that form the engine of our economy, while also managing and growing the province’s renewable energy portfolio,” said Kathleen Kauth, Director of Partnerships at the Advanced Energy Centre. “They bring a unique approach and new insights to our partnership network, as we collectively move the sector towards a more resilient, technologically advanced future.”
