Nadia Fortino is the Vice President of Human Resources at Spark Power. With a solid background in Employee Relations and Performance Management, she developed and led the HR department for North and South America at Winoa North America. Nadia holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in Canada and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation in the United States. She earned her BA in Political Science from Brock University and her MA in Politics from the University of Sheffield in the UK.

Before joining Spark Power, Paul practiced law, focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions, business risk management, and commercial real estate. He holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and is a Barrister & Solicitor in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
