Meet our Committee Chairs

Spark100 is based on four key commitments: our environment, community, diversity & inclusion and health & wellness. Each area is led by a specially designated team within the organization.

Claire Brownlie
Marketing Manager, Western Region

Marie Marra
Manager, Fleet & Facilities

Claire and Marie lead our Spark100 Environment Committee. They are dedicated to expanding our environmental commitments by implementing green energy solutions within our organization and educating employees about how they can participate in green energy initiatives.

2020 Environment Committee priorities:

  • Bring Bullfrog Power into the operations of Spark (i.e. green electricity, green natural gas, fuel offsets).
  • Promote education and events via internal platforms.
  • Provide electric vehicles for the fleet/electric vehicle policy.

Kim Samlall

Kim leads our Spark100 Community Committee. She is dedicated to supporting our employees and the communities in which they live and work, while helping charitable causes that are important to both our employees and the organization.

2020 Community Committee priorities:

  • Develop a donations program (1% EBITDA)
  • Further embed our communities into internal and external messaging.

2020 Health & Wellness Committee priorities:

  • Encourage participation in “Bullfrog Bootcamp” (short, equipment-free workouts) twice per week.
  • Develop and implement biking and step-counting tracking maps for all Spark employees to partake in.
