Dan Ardila

Dan is currently serving as Board Director. With over 30 years of financial leadership experience in the industrial, commercial, and consumer packaged goods industry. Previously, Dan was Spark’s Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Spark Power, where he oversaw all financial aspects of the Company, and worked closely to provide strategic recommendations to Spark’s senior leadership team and the Company’s Board of Directors.

 

Dan led the process for Spark Power to become a public company (TSX:SPG) (SPG.WT) in 2018.

 

His previous career experience includes executive-level roles across Canada and the US:

 

  • Chief Financial Officer and Consultant for Elementa Group, Protenergy Natural Foods, Liquidation World, and 6N Silicon
  • Vice President and CFO of Algoma Steel Inc.
  • Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CPI Plastics Group

 

Dan received his Bachelor of Business Management, Accounting and Finance from Ryerson University, and holds CA and CPA designations. He is a dedicated leader and CPA mentor.
