Cody Zaitsoff

Cody is Spark Power’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, with over 20 years of experience in the electrical services sector. An experienced leader with a background in field engineering and system design services, Cody is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including planning, risk management, and reporting.

Cody joined Spark Power through the Orbis acquisition. During his tenure at Orbis, Cody held several positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

 

Cody holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta as well as his CPA accounting designation

Najlaa Rauf

Najlaa is Spark Power’s Vice President of People & Culture (Human Resources) with over 10 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, and leadership development in non-profit, education and electrical contracting services. She is responsible for leading the organization in the areas of culture, and talent attraction, retention, and development.
