Joe is a seasoned industry executive, currently serving as our Chief Operating Officer at Spark Power. With a proven track record of success, Joe has held key executive positions in prominent companies such as Helix Electric, Inc., Cypress Creek Renewables, MaxGen Energy Services, and McCarthy Building Companies.

 
Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving business growth and operational excellence. He has spearheaded the expansion of independent O&M groups, created innovative solutions to establish companies as industry leaders, and significantly increased revenue through strategic initiatives.

 
At Helix Electric, Inc., Joe served as Vice President, overseeing all operations activities for commercial electrical and renewable energy work on a national scale. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in growing the business to over 2GW in just two years, showcasing his strategic vision and operational acumen.

 
Prior to his role at Helix Electric, Inc., Joe held executive positions at Cypress Creek Renewables, MaxGen Energy Services, and McCarthy Building Companies, where he led business units and drove strategic initiatives to propel growth and market dominance.

 
Joe's expertise extends to business development, sales, contract negotiation, and multi-functional leadership. He has a proven ability to formulate and execute business plans, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional results in highly competitive markets.
