Adam Borowiecki

Adam Borowiecki is Executive Vice President, Major Projects at Spark Power, where he leads the strategy, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical infrastructure projects across North America.

 

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry, Adam has led complex transmission and substation projects ranging from 144 kV to 500 kV across Canada and the United States. His expertise includes project development, estimating, project controls, construction management, operational leadership, and executive oversight.

 

Throughout his career, Adam has directed multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs, built high-performing teams, and developed strong relationships with utility clients, industry partners, and Indigenous communities. He is recognized for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and with a focus on long-term value.

 

Before joining Spark Power, Adam held senior executive roles with one of North America’s largest powerline contractors, where he oversaw major transmission operations and supported the delivery of landmark utility infrastructure projects.

 

Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MacEwan University.

Bill Richardson, Executive Vice President, Renewables

Bill Richardson is the Vice President of Renewables at Spark Power, bringing over 16 years of extensive experience in the solar industry, distinguished by his ability to grow strong businesses and build dynamic teams. He most recently served as the CEO of Sounder Solutions, where he provided consulting services to the renewable energy sector, specializing in engineering, design, troubleshooting, and QA/QC services.

Nadia Fortino, Vice President of Human Resources

Nadia Fortino is the Vice President of Human Resources at Spark Power. With a solid background in Employee Relations and Performance Management, she developed and led the HR department for North and South America at Winoa North America. Nadia holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in Canada and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation in the United States. She earned her BA in Political Science from Brock University and her MA in Politics from the University of Sheffield in the UK.

Peter Rizos Senior Director, Health, Safety and Environment

Peter Rizos is the Senior Director, Health, Safety and Environment at Spark Power. He brings extensive experience leading safety programs, regulatory compliance, and environmental initiatives across complex, high-risk operations. Peter works closely with leadership and field teams to strengthen safety culture, ensure accountability, and support operational excellence across the organization.

Sam Delisio, Vice President of Sales, Renewables

Sam Delisio is a seasoned energy industry leader with over 15 years of experience driving commercial growth across the renewables sector. At Spark Power, he leads business development efforts focused on scaling solar, battery storage, and wind solutions across North America.

Paul Demarco, Director of Risk Compliance, and Legal

Paul Demarco is the Director of Risk, Compliance, and Legal at Spark Power, offering solutions-oriented legal advice to teams across the company. Before joining Spark Power, Paul practiced law, focusing on corporate mergers and acquisitions, business risk management, and commercial real estate. He holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and is a Barrister & Solicitor in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
