Eric Waxman

Eric is Spark Power’s Co-Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Board Director with over 20 years of extensive experience with M&A, investment banking, and private equity deal structures. A strong leader, Eric focuses on driving an ownership and safety-first culture within the Company and leading acquisition transactions and their integration to accelerate Spark Power’s North American-wide expansion.

Prior to Co-Founding Spark Power, he was the President of Spara Capital Partners where he led hundreds of millions of dollars worth of M&A transactions. He also worked in numerous capacities within his family-owned and operated business.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Western Ontario and MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Joe Brotherton

Joe is a seasoned industry executive, currently serving as our Chief Operating Officer at Spark Power. With extensive experience in companies like Helix, Cypress, MaxGen, and McCarthy, Joe brings a wealth of expertise in driving business growth and operational excellence. Passionate about sustainability, he is committed to leading Spark Power towards continued success and innovation in the energy solutions industry.

Najlaa Rauf

Najlaa is Spark Power’s Vice President of People & Culture (Human Resources) with over 10 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, and leadership development in non-profit, education and electrical contracting services. She is responsible for leading the organization in the areas of culture, and talent attraction, retention, and development.
